Biography

Originally from Jamaica, Gail Sibley moved to Canada in 1994. Following her formal education, Gail chose to work in pastel, acrylic and oils. In 2002 she achieved Signature Membership in the Pastel Society of America. Gail has participated in national and international shows and her work is in private and corporate collections worldwide. Viewers and collectors marvel at the vibrant colours in Gail’s work which breathe special life into preceptions of everyday scenes. Her work can currently be seen at Gallery 8 (Salt Spring Island), Peninsula Gallery (Sidney, BC), Kennedy Gallery (Grand Cayman), and Galeria La Manzanilla (La Manzanilla, Mexico).
